Disio Resort - Marsala

We had a fantastic stay at this resort, nestled in the prime wine growing area of Sicily. The hotel's location in a big garden provided a serene and beautiful environment. The surroundings were well-maintained, with an abundance of flowers and trees that added to the picturesque views. The pool area was spacious and clean, offering a refreshing retreat. The rooms were also spacious and the bathrooms were in good condition. The hotel staff ensured that the rooms were kept immaculate, and the cleanliness was commendable.

It was all superb.

It's a very peaceful place to stay. The staff were all charming and courteous. The rooms were large and comfortable. Beautiful gardens. We are not into sports so didn't use the golf course, but we did go to the swimming pool which was lovely too.

Too many fish dishes in the restaurant - not enough choice. The food was good, but there was only one meat dish on offer per course whereas usually four fish dishes per course. It stopped us using the restaurant and we went out to eat most evenings instead.

Very peaceful, (holidayseason was over; end of september). Clean facilities, nice surroundings with palmtrees.

In the middle of nowhere. In the evening somebody was shooting near the hotel, rabbits, foxes maybe, anyway made us little bit nervous.

Great facilities, delicious food, and friendly staff! the location was perfect for me as it was not in the city center, but still close enough to access all the amenities. Loved the beautiful gardens and swimming pool , perfect to relax after a long day of meetings. Also enjoyed the convenience of the on, site restaurant with its mouth, watering dishes.

My only issue was the limited breakfast options. Although the coffee was great, there wasn't much variety in the food.

It gave me a true sense of being on holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of surrounding towns and villages. The service here was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The room amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, where I could unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected. The swimming pool was a delight, offering a refreshing escape on hot days.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful gardens and a huge pool make this a great weekend getaway. Staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. One aspect we really enjoyed was that the hotel is only a short drive away from some great local attractions and vineyards, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring.

While the breakfast was decent, the lunch and dinner menus were pretty limited, and the quality of the food was underwhelming. The room we were given was a bit small for the price we paid and the air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it hard to sleep.

Clean and spacious rooms. Great amenities - golf, tennis, swimming pool. Affordable and tasty wine at the bar. Quiet and relaxing location
